RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are a made-to-order, custom product, business. This means that when you place your order we will get to work making it specifically for you with love. But for that reason, exchanges can only be accepted for damaged goods.
That being said, if an item arrives damaged, we will remake it for you and send you a new one. That is incredibly rare though, so don't worry.
If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact me via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address. You can email me directly at rich@happiihuman.com.
For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom and made-to-order. I do not have inventory on hand to exchange the product with. However, if you have questions about sizing, reach on out and I am happy to help.
After contacting me, I will walk you through the steps to ship the item back.
